Suggested press heat 400 degree F for 35 seconds on high pressure with heat press. Featuring double layer protection, you can stay safe while still being able to make it yours. These face masks are cotton Inside and polyester. They DO have pocket for filter. Filter IS NOT included. <br /><br />Mask are ADULT only!
